All annual packages are unlimited hours and are based on the size of your computer environment or the number of users in your environment. Also, annual packages contain a response time of same day to 2 day maximum on support issues. To save substantially, our basic annual packages are below.
Bronze Service Support:
0 to 1 Servers/Nodes/Devices
1 to 5 Users
Cost: $25,000
Silver Service Support:
0 to 2 Servers/Nodes/Devices
5 to 10 Users
Cost: $35,000
Gold Service Support:
0 to 3 Servers/Nodes/Devices
10 to 15 Users
Cost: $55,000
Platinum Service Support:
3 or more Servers/Nodes/Devices
15 to 30 Users
Cost: $75,000
If not an annual package, our hourly bill rate is $275 per hour or purchase a block of 10 hours for $225 per hour.
